My recipes focus on whole, nutrient-dense ingredients, completely free of seed oils and designed to reduce inflammation. Each dish is thoughtfully created and packed with protein to keep you fuller for longer, support hormonal balance and regulate blood sugar levels. The recipes can be for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day. They don’t just look amazing - they taste delicious too!

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes, absolutely! You can cancel at any time - no questions asked. I believe in a no-pressure, no-judgment approach to personal growth. Stay as long as it benefits you, and feel free to pause or cancel whenever you need. Simply cancel by following these steps: Log In to Your Account: Log in to your member account using your email and password. Access Account Settings: Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page Select “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu. Manage Your Subscription: In the account settings, find the “Subscriptions” or “Billing” section. Cancel Your Subscription: Click on the “Manage Subscription” button next to your active subscription. Select the “Cancel Subscription” option. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Receive Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message on the website and an email confirming that your subscription has been canceled.
  • What type of fitness programmes do you offer?
    My fitness programs incorporate a blend of mobility, pilates and weight training designed to promote strength, flexibility, and hormonal balance. Each session is adaptable to various fitness levels and focuses on mindful movement.
  • Are your fitness programmes suitable for beginners?
    Absolutely! My programmes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, including beginners. Each session includes modifications to meet your current ability while gently progressing you towards your goals.
  • What's the difference between your two programmes at RK Fitness?
    Both programmes will set you up successfully to advance in your fitness and health journey, no matter where you started! Nourish & Thrive is perfect if you have less time to commit to regular workouts with one live zoom group class a week and an overall focus on foundational exercises, all my healthy and quick recipes and gradual progression to help build confidence and consistency. Elite & Unstoppable is crafted for participants who have time for two live zoom group classes a week the same healthy and quick recipes including my Top 10 habits that changed my life. Both programmes will include access to my WhatsApp community to hear about regular updates from me and a community to share your progress with.
  • How do I join either of your programmes?
    Head to any of the ‘Join’ links on this page & you will be prompted to the checkout page where you can become a member of your chosen plan, but don’t worry, there is no lock-in, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Do I need any special equipment for your classes?
    Most sessions only require a mat and light weights, which are optional. If additional equipment is needed, it will be communicated ahead of time, but my focus is on movements that can be done anywhere.
  • I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
    Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
  • Will the recipes live anywhere else or just in the RK Packages?
    You will have exclusive access to these recipes, they are only available on the RK Packages community.
